View OpeningsHi-Line culture is focused on providing friendly and dependable customer service. That begins and ends from the way we treat our team members. We started with the hard-work and do-good morals and ethics from our small town upbringing, and strive to continue these values in everything we do, with our entire team. Our team frequently speaks highly about how our company values their talents and contributions, and treats them not like another number in the system.
If you want to work in an incredible atmosphere where you’re treated with honesty and respect, please check out our current openings page and submit an application! We also accept applications when positions aren’t actively listed; we’ve even created brand new positions so we could add quality, hardworking applicants to our team.
Questions about any of these positions can be directed to Christina Daniels at 308-352-2800 or the location manager where the position exists.
About UsBe eligible for health, dental, vision and life insurance when you work 30 hours per week as a Hi-Line Cooperative employee. Your legal spouse and all children under the age of 26 will also be eligible for your selected plan. You decide who is covered and can always waive coverage if unwanted. Mid-year changes may be allowed within 31 days of a qualified life event.
Hi-Line Co-op believes that its employees are the key to what makes a great company. To support this philosophy, the company has designed a Paid Time Off (PTO) plan that combines vacation, personal and sick leave into one program. All full-time and part-time employees will accrue PTO hours based on hours worked, with a percent increase for every year of tenure. These hours are yours and can be used within the bounds of our policy. When you work for us, we’ll work to make sure you have time for your personal life.
Workplace safety is a huge component of working at Hi-Line Cooperative. We have a dedicated Safety Director who works hard to make sure each of our locations provides a safe environment for our employees, and customers, alike.
In addition to an extensive safety training process when hired, our employees go through annual and quarterly safety training sessions, as well. We strive to make Hi-Line not just one of the best places to work, but also the safest.
