Our credit policy is for convenience credit only and not a line of credit to finance your operations. Our Cooperative expects our patrons to pay their statements by the 20th of the month following the statement date. After the 20th, balances become subject to interest. Delinquent accounts are outside the terms of our Credit Policy and are subject to collection activity by our credit department.
We urge all fertilizer customers to inform us of the splits with their land owners by the 25th of the month in which the product is delivered. If splits are not received, the grower will be billed for 100% of the product cost. Interest charges will be applicable. |
